To the best of our knowledge, this is the only source of current high-quality research on the indigenous people of Sylhet District available. We have made this research available for a free download, so please access our work and share it.

State of The Rural Manipuris in Bangladesh

ECDO’s Executive Director, Lakshmikanta Singh and Associate Professor of Social Work Faisal Ahmed of Shajalal University of Science and Technology spent three years researching this extensive document on the rural Manipuri people in Bangladesh.

The Journal of Ethnic Affairs

ECDO has established an annual journal to cover Ethnic Affairs, which was first published on the occasion of World Indigenous Day, August 9th 2005 and it is continuing till now. The journal is a collection of renowned author’s and academic’s contributions towards increasing public awareness on different indigenous peoples issues.
